In 2015, Paul Crossman became a Certified Business Coach and founded
CHC Coaching LLC, a business and executive coaching firm. He soon
became a trusted advisor to more than 45 successful business executives
at companies with sales ranging from $500k - $65 million. He has facilitated over 600 hours of customized coaching to clients to help them achieve their business goals and regain control of their lives.

Paul had a very successful 20 year career as a General Manager (full P&L responsibility) with experience in operations, finance, and marketing & sales. His operations generated over a $1 Billion in lifetime sales, returning an average Gross Margin exceeding 50%, and an average Marketing ROI of 420%. To achieve these results he led and developed 165 people spread across 7 Divisions

He became a coach because he is passionate about helping businesses, individuals, and teams achieve their peak performance. Too many businesses fail to thrive and too many employees hate their work; his goal is to make that change.
